Please note that accommodation is not included, however en-suite rooms are available at the recently refurbished Newark Halls suitated adjacent to the conference venue. All rooms are ensuite and have wired internet connections. There is a discounted delegate rate of £47.28 (per person per night).

If you would prefer to stay in a hotel there is the recently opened
Orchard Hotel on nearby University Park campus. This is very
convenient for the gala dinner on Wednesday night, but would require a
10 minute journey on the University bus service to the conference
